Free consultations are available by appointment. TCR reserves the right to decline service to any individual at our discretion. A signed engagement letter is required before we begin work on any tax return or resolution matter.

4. Payment
All fees are due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Returned checks are subject to a processing fee.

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information. TCR is not liable for errors resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.
6. Limitation of Liability
TCR is not liable for any penalties, interest, or damages arising from IRS or state tax authority actions taken against you. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
7. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential. We do not sell or share your information with third parties except as required by law or as necessary to provide our services.
